Join Mariners Church's Rooted Network as their Marketing Director and lead the execution of the brand and marketing strategy, expanding its reach and driving engagement with its resources. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, design and execute multi-channel campaigns, and oversee content strategy across various platforms. Collaborate with other team members to measure and optimize marketing metrics, manage vendors, and lead storytelling efforts. Maintain the content calendar, track marketing expenses, support website strategy, and supervise the Digital Strategist. Assist with event planning and logistics. This role requires an Associate's degree and 3–5 years of marketing experience, proficiency in various software, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. - Associate’s degree and 3–5 years of marketing experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Skilled communicator in both written and verbal formats
- Collaborative team player, comfortable working remotely

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans focused on brand growth and influence
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns that increase awareness and adoption of Rooted Network products
- Oversee content strategy across blogs, email, and social media—aligning messaging with product launches and ministry seasons
- Collaborate with the Digital Strategist and Information Systems Director to measure and optimize key marketing metrics
- Manage external vendors and creative partners to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of assets
- Lead storytelling efforts that inspire churches to adopt Rooted Network’s discipleship strategy
- Maintain the content calendar and coordinate communication with other ministries and churches
- Track marketing expenses and manage budgets in alignment with financial goals
- Support website strategy and coordinate with development contractors
- Supervise the Digital Strategist in content creation and social media engagement
- Assist Rooted Network Coaches with event planning and logistics
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in Google Suite, Basecamp, Asana, Dropbox; experience with Hubspot and Shopify is a plus
