Requirements

• Significant experience managing remote data center partners
• Hands-on data center operations and infrastructure management experience
• Experience leading projects related to consolidating and migrating data center resources
• In-depth knowledge of data center technologies, including servers, storage, networking, and security
• Proven track record of success in leading and motivating a team
• Strong understanding of data center compliance regulations, standards and best practices

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of remote data centers, including server management, network operations, and security
• Plan, direct and coordinate all activities related to operating and maintaining data centers, server rooms and associated infrastructure
• Ensure the highest levels of uptime, performance, and reliability for customers
• Develop, implement and secure adherence to operational procedures, processes and service level agreements
