Director of Delivery

Summary

Join LNB Solutions as the Director of Delivery and oversee all implementation projects for our government SaaS platform. This role ensures projects meet milestones, resources are aligned, customers are satisfied, and delivery is consistent. You will supervise project managers, standardize best practices, resolve escalations, and maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities include overseeing project planning, resource forecasting, and go-live alignment. You will also maintain delivery dashboards and reporting, and coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams. This leadership role involves supporting the hiring, mentoring, and development of team members.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project or program management, with at least 3 years overseeing teams
• Experience leading public-sector or Salesforce-based implementation portfolios
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with proven team-building experience
• Familiarity with Agile and milestone-based delivery methodologies
• Excellent executive communication, problem-solving, and planning skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise the work of Lead PMs, Support PMs, Trainers, and QA staff across multiple projects
• Ensure alignment to SOWs, milestone billing requirements, and delivery best practices
• Serve as escalation point for project delays, staffing conflicts, or customer concerns
• Establish and maintain a scalable PM playbook and delivery governance framework
• Oversee project planning, resource forecasting, and go-live alignment across localities
• Maintain delivery dashboards, reporting, and weekly internal delivery reviews
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams during pre-implementation and post-go-live phases
• Support hiring, mentoring, and development of PM and delivery team members
• Conduct periodic reviews of project health, backlog risk, and enhancement handling
