Summary

Join Experian Employer Services as a Director of Digital Marketing and lead the digital marketing strategy for mid-market and enterprise business segments. You will drive digital transformation, accelerate lead generation, and enhance brand advocacy. Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and other teams to ensure a consistent brand message. Develop and optimize digital platforms, manage marketing websites, and build lead nurturing programs. Leverage advanced analytics to measure campaign performance and refine strategies. Manage the marketing technology stack and collaborate with the corporate Experian Digital Marketing team. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and is remote-friendly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management including SEO/SEM, inbound marketing, , and lead nurturing, marketing operations, and tech stack management
  • Experience in the employer services, payroll, tax, HR compliance and mortgage, rental, and financial services industries
  • Demonstrated experience working in a complex, matrixed organization, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience influencing partners across dedicated and matrixed teams
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, or a related field is required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and optimization of digital platforms, including websites, landing pages, community hubs, and more
  • Use the creation of compelling content including rich media, and user-generated content to flood social channels and enhance brand visibility
  • Develop a holistic digital marketing strategy, manage marketing websites encompassing SEO, SEM, paid advertising and social media, to dramatically increase inbound leads and sales conversion rates
  • Lead efforts to evolve and integrate digital tools and methodologies, including AI, into traditional marketing channels to address evolving customer behaviors and buying preferences
  • Partner with other teams in Marketing, Product, Sales, and other Teams, to provide a brand message across all customer interactions
  • Foster a culture of innovation
  • Build and improve programs to increase website traffic and engagement to guide a robust inbound sales pipeline
  • Design web-based nurture strategies to guide prospective customers through the funnel, driving cross-sell purchases and converting prospects into clients/brand advocates
  • Use advanced marketing analytics to measure campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and extract relevant insights to refine strategies
  • Create marketing performance dashboard reports
  • Improve return on investment by identifying new ways to engage customers and channel partners
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive digital marketing tech stack to optimize marketing performance and ensure seamless platform integration
  • Collaborate with corporate Experian Digital Marketing team to ensure management of the marketing technology stack
