Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing and lifecycle marketing with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role within a digital subscription or wellness-focused company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new products and driving user engagement through integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to pivot quickly based on market demands and user feedback
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to make informed marketing decisions
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent

Responsibilities

  • Own the product marketing function, including market research, positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features, product updates, and revenue streams
  • Own the launch process for new features and product updates
  • Partner with the content and social teams to develop educational and promotional content to support launches
  • Collaborate with Product, Content, and Marketing teams to align on product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and launch timelines
  • Lead the lifecycle marketing strategy, focusing on optimizing the entire user journeyβ€”from onboarding to retention and re-engagement
  • Develop initiatives aimed at increasing customer lifetime value (LTV) and reducing churn
  • Execute lifecycle initiatives from design to implementation of multi-channel campaigns (email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messaging) that nurture users at different stages of the lifecycle
  • Serve as the main liaison between the Product, Content, Growth, and Analytics teams
  • Ensure that new features and updates are effectively communicated and integrated into lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing and lifecycle initiatives
  • Use data and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and inform future strategies
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize messaging, onboarding flows, and lifecycle campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement based on user behavior and feedback
  • Partner with Research to conduct market research and extract customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Analyze user feedback, conduct surveys, and leverage analytics to understand user needs and pain points
  • Use insights to refine positioning, messaging, and lifecycle campaigns that resonate with target audiences
  • Champion creative, data-driven marketing initiatives that drive user engagement and retention
  • Develop compelling campaigns that showcase the value of new features and keep users engaged with the platform

Preferred Qualifications

  • An advanced degree (MBA) or relevant certifications are a plus
  • Experience with Braze is highly preferred
