Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve quarterly and annual objectives, focusing on brand visibility and lead generation
• Oversee Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok campaigns to optimize performance, improve conversion rates, and reduce cost-per-acquisition
• Lead SEO initiatives and content development efforts to boost organic traffic and enhance online visibility
• Create and manage lead magnets to capture high-quality leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
• Coordinate omni-channel campaigns that integrate social media, paid ads, and content to maximize reach and engagement
• Leverage data insights to assess campaign effectiveness, refine strategies, and drive continuous improvement
• Oversee the marketing team, mentor junior staff, and ensure alignment with overall business goals
