Requirements
- Live in the United States
- 8-10 years of experience in employee relations, engagement, and compliance program management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience in designing and executing employee engagement, culture, and wellness programs
- Demonstrated success in implementing employee relations strategies and managing compliance programs
- Proven ability to design and lead employee engagement and culture programs
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on operational execution
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR policy implementation
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage programs that enhance employee engagement, culture, and retention
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and management of employee relations strategies, compliance programs, and employee engagement initiatives
- Operationalize policies and programs developed by the VP People Operations, ensuring consistent implementation across the organization
- Enhance the employee experience through proactive conflict resolution, effective policy enforcement, and targeted engagement initiatives aligned with organizational goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA, MA in HR Management, or related field)
- SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification
- Experience in nonprofit or higher education sectors
- A passion for higher education
