Requirements

  • 7+ years in sales, with 3+ years managing high-performing enterprise sales teams
  • Proven track record of driving account expansion and closing high-value deals
  • Expertise in account planning, organizational mapping, and selling to executive stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills, with a focus on operational rigor

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Enterprise AEs to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Set clear goals, drive accountability, and refine team performance through regular check-ins and strategy sessions
  • Mentor AEs on account planning, organizational mapping, and selling to senior stakeholders
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent to build a high-performing, scalable team
  • Develop and oversee strategies to identify and capitalize on whitespace opportunities within enterprise accounts
  • Guide AEs in tailoring Ceros’ value proposition to diverse client personas
  • Support high-stakes deals, including POCs and executive presentations, ensuring alignment with sales methodologies
  • Monitor pipeline health and team performance to ensure consistent progress toward revenue goals
  • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement
  • Advocate for tools and resources that enhance AE productivity and success
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to align on expansion strategies and deliver seamless client experiences
  • Represent client feedback to influence product improvements and internal processes
