Requirements
- 5 years of experience in client acquisition in the business environment, preferably in temporary services and headhunting companies
- Experience in dealing with cross-functional stakeholders during the sales process (e.g., HR, Purchasing, Finance, Operations) at all seniority levels
- Experience in managing sales cycles of three to six months
- Experience in tendering procedures
- University degree or higher from an accredited school
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities β independently and working with SDR β focusing on enterprise clients
- Understand the potential of those opportunities, connecting with key stakeholders at the client
- Find the main decision-makers at the client, understand how Jobandtalent can help, elaborate proposals and negotiate the conditions to close the deal
