Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, preferably with a focus on executive communications
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic communications plans to effectively convey the company's message and vision to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the executive team to understand their communication needs and provide guidance and support in crafting their messaging
- Write and edit compelling and impactful communications materials, including speeches, presentations, talking points, and other executive communications
- Maintain a consistent and cohesive brand voice across all executive communications
- Stay updated on industry trends and news to identify opportunities for thought leadership and proactive communication
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and other teams (PR, content, brand, events) to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging
- Manage and coordinate media interviews and speaking engagements for the executive team
- Monitor and analyze the impact of executive communications and provide recommendations for improvement
- Train and coach executives on effective communication techniques and best practices
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, analysts, customers, and employees
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and ensure consistency across all communication channels
- Stay updated on company news and developments to ensure accurate and timely
Preferred Qualifications
- Masterโs degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in crisis communication and corporate reputation management
- Proficiency in managing and coordinating executive media engagements and speaking events
- Proven track record in building and executing thought leadership campaigns
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and analytics to measure communication impact
