Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, preferably with a focus on executive communications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic communications plans to effectively convey the company's message and vision to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the executive team to understand their communication needs and provide guidance and support in crafting their messaging
  • Write and edit compelling and impactful communications materials, including speeches, presentations, talking points, and other executive communications
  • Maintain a consistent and cohesive brand voice across all executive communications
  • Stay updated on industry trends and news to identify opportunities for thought leadership and proactive communication
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and other teams (PR, content, brand, events) to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging
  • Manage and coordinate media interviews and speaking engagements for the executive team
  • Monitor and analyze the impact of executive communications and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Train and coach executives on effective communication techniques and best practices
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, analysts, customers, and employees
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and ensure consistency across all communication channels
  • Stay updated on company news and developments to ensure accurate and timely

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masterโ€™s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in crisis communication and corporate reputation management
  • Proficiency in managing and coordinating executive media engagements and speaking events
  • Proven track record in building and executing thought leadership campaigns
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and analytics to measure communication impact
