Director of Finance

Join our fast-growing digital health tech startup as our Director of Finance! This role demands strategic financial leadership, strong analytical skills, and expertise in scaling financial operations across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C models. You will oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance, driving efficiency and aligning with our business objectives. The position requires experience in the US market and proven success in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting. You will collaborate with leadership, manage financial risks, and support fundraising efforts. This is a leadership role requiring strong communication and team-oriented skills.

Requirements

• Possess a CPA degree
• Have experience in the US Market
• Have 5 Years of experience
• Demonstrate a proven track record of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting in a corporate environment
• Have experience partnering with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights and decision support
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Possess a strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles (GAAP)
• Show familiarity with ERP systems (Netsuite) and FP&A software tools (Abacum, etc)
• Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Possess leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Have proven experience in finance leadership roles, ideally in startups or fast-paced environments
• Be proficient in English

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals across all models (B2B, B2C, B2B2C) Globally
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, ensuring data-driven decision-making for all Business units
• Monitor and improve financial KPIs, enhancing profitability and operational efficiency
• Oversee accounting, payroll, tax, and compliance processes, ensuring regulatory adherence
• Coordinating Accounting and finance team in different geographies to ensure a timely end of the month, quarter and year closure processes
• Manage financial reporting, providing timely insights for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate financial risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives
• Support fundraising efforts through financial modeling, reporting, and due diligence
