Director of HR

Summary

Join Revenue Analytics, a rapidly growing SaaS company, as their Director of Human Resources. In this player-coach role, you will lead and develop the HR function, overseeing operations, payroll, compliance, engagement, and culture. You will build and execute a scalable HR roadmap, manage HR systems, and ensure compliance. The position requires collaboration with the CFO and leadership team to support growth, M&A integration, and international expansion. You will mentor the Senior Recruiter and champion a high-performance, inclusive culture. This primarily remote role (U.S.-based) offers occasional in-office time.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• SaaS or high-growth tech experience
• Expertise with Paylocity, Lever, and modern HR systems
• U.S. compliance experience: international exposure strongly preferred
• Experience supporting immigration and global hiring
• Strong communicator and initiative-taker who thrives in lean teams

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a scalable HR roadmap across org design, talent planning, and culture
• Run compliant payroll via Paylocity; lead policy development, leave administration, and SOC 2–related HR controls
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, and immigration matters; oversee Paylocity and Lever
• Integrate acquired teams, support legal entity setup, EOR models, and global compliance
• Shape compensation structures and benefits programs in collaboration with Finance
• Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture through programs, internal comms, and feedback channels
