Summary

Join Amount, a digital transformation partner for financial institutions, as a Director of Implementations. You will lead a team of ~15 implementation specialists and drive the management of implementations, including new client launches, change requests, and product/feature enhancements across Consumer and Small business platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software implementation, technical consultancy, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex implementations in the FinTech or financial services industry
  • Proven ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop, inspire, and motivate cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, business requirements, and client needs while maintaining a positive attitude and customer-centric focus

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective coordination among cross-functional teams to execute implementations seamlessly and resolve any challenges efficiently
  • Identify customer pain points as it pertains to implementations and drive the development of innovative solutions
  • Manage the entire implementation process, from configuration and customization to testing and deployment of Amount's solutions
  • Drive a scalable, repeatable implementation process and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at refining implementation processes and methodologies
  • Responsible for change request management, including assessment of client requirements, scope, and cost estimates, project management, and schedules
  • Drive metric tracking and performance enhancements related to budgets, billable rates, and profitable revenue driven from implementation activities
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to the Implementations team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring a high-performing team
  • Engage with senior executives internally and externally, providing clear, concise, and transparent information, and remediating escalations where necessary
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams involved in implementation activities, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture within the organization
