Requirements

  • 4-year degree in related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in account management
  • 2+ years of project management

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the overall success of projects through risk assessment, communicating status internally and externally, delegating appropriately and ensuring that timelines are met
  • Create project plan and lead Implementation kick-off meetings, requirements discussions and status meetings with clients
  • Manage timelines through managing client expectations, anticipating possible issues and communicating turnaround times with reasonable delivery dates
  • Perform analysis and configure system as needed and lead the team with other bswift resources (product management, EDI) to meet client deliverables
  • Own the completion of any site build, facilitating completion of and delegating responsibilities for Benefits Class Matrix, Requirements Template, Rates, Permissions, Field Options, Site Text, Import files of Demographic and Benefit Data, Export of vendor files, and other items as needed
  • Work with the Implementation Managers to configure system as needed based on clients requirements, testing new and existing system functionality to ensure accuracy of client system configuration
  • Work with Channel Partners to understand training needs, and train clients on new site and processes for implementation live date
  • Continuously refine and improve efficiency of the implementation process and proactively identify and mitigate project risks
  • Facilitate custom development work, leading testing and communicating with stakeholders to ensure functionality works as expected
  • Act as a coach and mentor for others on Channel Partner team
  • Research and resolve client inquiries regarding system and process issues, and test system enhancements based upon client needs
  • Help triage client issues and proactively consult clients on best practices and necessary system and process changes to achieve client goals
  • Integration partnership as needed. Responsibilities differ amongst integration partners, but may include leading ongoing calls, troubleshooting client questions, assisting on implementations, managing escalations, and creating and updating documentation
  • Assist with or conduct bswift demos for prospective channel partners
  • Act as resource for Business Development Manager to add detail or speak to specific bswift functionality

  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Strong problem solving and project management skills
  • Experience in benefits administration system technology, payroll, HRIS or related software
  • Must have current or previous experience with benefits and open enrollment process
