Summary

The job is for a Director of Marketing at Amitech Solutions, a healthcare automation company. The role is remote with occasional travel and requires the candidate to reside in the U.S. The employee will be responsible for defining and executing the marketing strategy to generate demand and pipeline for the organization.

Requirements

• Strategic Marketing Experience: You are a seasoned marketing professional with vast experience in developing and measuring effective customer acquisition, expansion, and retention campaigns
• Communication Skills: You possess excellent oral and written communication skills and are an expert in creating high-quality, relevant, and impactful content that aligns with business objectives and drives lead generation
• U.S. Healthcare Payor and/or Provider Experience: You have worked directly or collaboratively with U.S. healthcare payors and/or providers and understand the landscape, terminology, and trends prevalent within the industry
• Leadership Skills: You have a proven track record of managing and mentoring a high-performing marketing team

Responsibilities

• Define and execute marketing strategy and tactics to generate demand and pipeline for the organization
• Research and learn about Amitech’s positioning vis-à-vis competitors, and look for opportunities to redevelop and refine our marketing strategy
• Review and execute Amitech and partner marketing campaigns and demand generation activities to build top-of-funnel activity, manage a pipeline of ideal customer profile (ICP) prospects from prospecting activities, and communicate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to the sales team
• Oversee partner marketing relationships, developing and measuring partner campaigns, and exploring pilot programs with partners
• Manage a high-performing marketing team that includes employees, freelancers, and agency partners
