Summary
Join Kyo, a leading ABA healthcare company, as their Director of Marketing! This leadership role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and focuses on driving Kyo's growth through strategic marketing. You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, manage the marketing team, and collaborate with other departments. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred), 4+ years of marketing experience (2+ years in leadership), and proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns. This position requires strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills, and experience in healthcare is a plus. The salary range is $120-135k, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies across channels including digital and field marketing in collaboration with Sales
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Ability to independently analyze the business, develop plans and projects, and drive projects independently
- Strong organization and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced startup environment, remaining focused and composed in stressful situations
- Eligible to work in the US
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a cohesive, integrated, and strategic marketing plan designed to achieve Kyoβs corporate goals
- Present marketing management and performance to senior leadership and Board of Directors
- Set measurable objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track marketing effectiveness
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and PPC campaigns
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the marketing team and cross-functional collaborators
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement
- Utilize data to inform marketing decisions, campaigns, and strategies
- Plan and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including recruiting, referral partner, and digital campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales and client services team to ensure marketing efforts are driving lead generation and customer conversion
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals
- Evaluate ROI on marketing investments and adjust strategies as needed
- Work closely with other departments and act as a liaison between the marketing department and other company leaders
- Manage an ecosystem of vendors/contractors, including those focused on design, copywriting and PR
- Other responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Chief Growth Officer
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- Strong interest in healthcare services (some experience in healthcare preferred)
