Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies across channels including digital and field marketing in collaboration with Sales
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Ability to independently analyze the business, develop plans and projects, and drive projects independently
  • Strong organization and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization
  • Ability to work in a rapid-paced startup environment, remaining focused and composed in stressful situations
  • Eligible to work in the US

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive, integrated, and strategic marketing plan designed to achieve Kyo’s corporate goals
  • Present marketing management and performance to senior leadership and Board of Directors
  • Set measurable objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track marketing effectiveness
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and PPC campaigns
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the marketing team and cross-functional collaborators
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement
  • Utilize data to inform marketing decisions, campaigns, and strategies
  • Plan and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including recruiting, referral partner, and digital campaigns
  • Collaborate with the sales and client services team to ensure marketing efforts are driving lead generation and customer conversion
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals
  • Evaluate ROI on marketing investments and adjust strategies as needed
  • Work closely with other departments and act as a liaison between the marketing department and other company leaders
  • Manage an ecosystem of vendors/contractors, including those focused on design, copywriting and PR
  • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Chief Growth Officer

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree preferred
  • Strong interest in healthcare services (some experience in healthcare preferred)
