You will own the entire marketing function, from messaging and positioning to pipeline generation, with a focus on leveraging customer-trained GPTs and Agentic AI. You will build and manage a high-performing marketing team, design and execute campaigns, and partner with sales to achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate possesses strong generative AI knowledge and a portfolio showcasing successful GTM campaigns. Requirements
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role at a B2B SaaS or AI-focused company
- Strong grasp of generative AI technologies, particularly GPTs, LLMs, and their applications in customer-facing use cases
- A portfolio of GTM campaigns and content that blend storytelling with data, outcomes, and innovation
- Proven ability to drive both brand and performance marketing at the enterprise level
- Experience partnering with Sales, Product, and CS to align marketing with revenue goals
- Clear communicator who can simplify the complex and inspire both customers and internal teams
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve our core messaging, working closely with Product and Sales to position Zingtree as the leader in Agentic AI for CX
- Build and manage a high-performance marketing team across demand gen, content, product marketing, and community
- Design and execute campaigns that leverage customer-trained GPTs, interactive tools, and AI-native experiences to engage prospects and accelerate sales
- Partner with Sales on ABM and lifecycle programs targeting enterprise buyers in high-complexity industries (healthcare, finance, telco)
- Oversee all top-of-funnel channels, including SEO/SEM, paid, events, and webinars (and measure what works)
- Create compelling content—from case studies and thought leadership to GPT-powered demos—that speaks to business value and technical depth
- Own marketing KPIs: pipeline, CAC, conversion, brand awareness
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in or deep understanding of CX, customer support, or operations technology
- Hands-on experience using tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or other AI-writing/marketing co-pilots
- Background in marketing to regulated or high-stakes industries
