Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for Partner Success, Training, and Onboarding
• Lead and mentor a dynamic team of Partner Success Managers, Trainers, Implementation Specialists, and Administrators
• Identify and implement scalable processes and systems to support the rapid growth of the Partner network
• Ensure a seamless and effective onboarding process for new Partners
• Oversee the creation and delivery of training programs, LMS, webinars, and other educational content
• Drive partner success initiatives and work with other departments
