Federal Partner Director

The job is for a Federal Partner Director at Saviynt who will establish partner relationships, identify partners aligned to existing and targeted Identity programs, develop partner-sourced pipeline, achieve annual partner sourced revenue targets, and more. Requirements

• This is a remote role, but the ideal candidate will be located in Washington DC, Maryland or Virginia
• Minimum 8-10 years of Partner Federal-specific experience in the enterprise software industry
• Ability to assess the current network of Partners and evaluate net-new relationships
• Significant experience working with multiple Partners across the Saviynt partner taxonomy
• Proven track record of partner pipeline generation and quota attainment
• Experience working in a collaborative cross-team environment

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard Federal Systems Integrators (FSIs), Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and Federal-focused Solution Providers
• Help identify partners aligned to existing and targeted Identity programs across DoD/Intel and Civilian departments/agencies
• Develop partner-sourced pipeline and achieve annual partner sourced revenue targets
• Use professional judgment to create, analyze and execute lead-generation programs with partners
• Track relevant sales activities in Salesforce.com to track progress and measure success
• Leverage our partner marketing and partner enablement teams to drive the ‘market-to’ motion of Saviynt’s products to this set of partners
• Develop an ecosystem of qualified, trained, and certified partner implementation specialists to maintain an even supply in the market
• Assess and quantify the current supply and demand for partner implementation resources with specific clearance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with a mix of Global Systems Integrators, Federal Systems Integrators and Solution providers is highly desirable
• Cyber and Identity experience is a plus
