Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in payments operations, fintech, SaaS payments, or related go-to-market roles
  • Proven track record in launching and scaling payments products with deep expertise in payment processing, ACH, card networks, chargebacks, and compliance
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Experienced in leading cross-functional teams, working with payment processors, gateways, and financial institutions to drive alignment and execution
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling abilities
  • Passionate about innovation, process improvement, and delivering customer value
  • Candidates must have proper work authorization to work for any employer in the United States, without sponsorship from the company

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive payments strategy, aligning with company objectives, as well as customer and market needs
  • Drive adoption of payments across the existing customer base and new sales and drive monetization of invoiced volume across the portfolio
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, payment network rules, and security protocols, mitigating fraud and chargeback risks
  • Partner with payment processors, banks, and fintech firms to optimize performance, reduce costs, and expand market reach through strategic collaborations
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience for both our customers and their customers. Β Collecting payments should be seamless and easy
  • Spread the gospel of payments throughout the organization and train Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Support functions on our payments solution
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities, while providing sales and success teams with training, and resources to drive payment adoption
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, and Finance teams to support payments-related initiatives and product enhancements
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor key metrics, analyze performance data, and iterate strategies to maximize impact
