The Director will develop and implement HR strategies, oversee performance appraisals, manage benefits, facilitate training, ensure legal compliance, and manage multiple tasks. Requirements

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases (Google Workspace, Rippling, Lattice and Lever)
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • SHRM or HRCI Certified
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Highly resilient with a demonstrable strong work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills, including maturity and comfort in dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Willingness to be adaptable and undertake a broad variety of tasks, ability to be flexible in working on different global time zones when required
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and the composure required to display grace under pressure
  • Proven ability to take initiative and think and plan ahead
  • A "can do" attitude and the willingness to perform a wide variety of tasks required to meet the daily demands of the business
  • Proven time management and organizational skills and an exceptional ability to pay attention to detail in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Unwavering integrity, ethics, and confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system (Career Conversations) that drives high performance
  • Maintain benefits program and cost management
  • Facilitate training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Manage multiple task lists, seeing tasks through to completion
  • Lead and complete special projects as required
  • Maintain records, reports and files up to date and organized
