Requirements
- Minimum of 5-10 years+ of online media experience with expertise in digital performance, online media or technology
- A strategic thinker, with the ability to translate marketer needs into compelling concepts and solutions
- Comfortable and proficient with the entire sales cycle from prospecting, face-to-face meetings, pitching and contract negotiations
- Possess superb organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of revenue generation
- Understand digital media and consumer behavior
- Proven collaboration skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales results
- BA/BS with a strong academic record
Responsibilities
- Lead and build a net new team focused on performance
- Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and SVP, Platforms & Ops to build out the strategy to drive the best business outcomes
- Work cross functionally with key stakeholders to further our agenda as a leader in performance media
- Lead performance vertical efforts including prospecting, packaging and product feedback, driving new revenue in targeted marketplace and identifying expansion opportunities with current vertical clients
- Collaborate with the supply team on publisher business development; identify supply targets that will drive our outcomes for the Performance vertical
- Develop advertiser and agency contacts and cultivate relationships at all levels to influence buying decisions
- Prospect new business opportunities for key strategic verticals and from existing partners
- Develop and manage comprehensive managed service and automated programs for new and existing client base, closely monitoring performance to deliver positive outcomes for targeted clients
- Upsell existing partners with new product and services and onboard new partners in the performance marketplace
- Work closely with dedicated account management and operations to maximize clientβs KPI
