Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management in a SaaS space, with a preference for those with fintech or payroll experience
• Proven track record of leading high-performing PMs and managing executive-level relationships
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
• Ability to break down complex concepts
• Experience in customer-focused environments
• Familiarity with product-led growth

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of high-performing Product Managers to ensure we build great products that help our customers pay their employees efficiently
• Create and execute the Pay product vision and strategy, aligning with customer needs and 7shifts goals while defining and delivering key results
• Foster high-trust relationships with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Success, Support, and Sales
• Engage with users to identify value opportunities and build relationships to serve our users better
• Drive the pace of shipping and learning across teams, ensuring ease of use and high-quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing products and teams in fintech, payroll, or money movement
• Background in data or analytics
• Previous experience in the restaurant-tech industry
