Requirements

• 10+ years of product leadership
• 5+ years of direct people management experience or project team leadership (or both)

Responsibilities

• Partner with company leaders to build and execute a product discipline strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders and work with all cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Project Management, and Account Management to ensure successful product launches and alignment with business objectives
• Partner with delivery leads and account managers to ensure successful quality and delivery of product work
• Partner with the growth team to help develop and write responses for new opportunities
• Recruit, hire, lead and mentor a team of talented product managers, setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Build the company’s ability to demonstrate product value and propose product improvements to clients
• Foster strong relationships with government stakeholders
• Establish your team as a trusted advisor; government leaders will rely on our expertise in data-driven product development methods to ensure they can make informed decisions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in federal contracting (including writing or editing requirements and performing tech challenges for government proposals) strongly preferred
