Requirements

  • 2+ yearsโ€™ experience in Director of Product or similar role
  • 5+ yearsโ€™ experience in other product roles
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience and understanding of Agile methodology
  • Experience working in highly technical environment

Responsibilities

  • Define vision and strategy for Trip Ninjaโ€™s products and ensure tasking and timing of development reflect that vision
  • Create product roadmap based on client feedback and input from stakeholders in commercial and engineering
  • Manage product team and resources to ensure timely completion of goals
  • Monitor and evaluate roadmap progress
  • Work with Engineering Manager to task out sprints and epics
  • Plan and oversee product development and launches
  • Analyze trends and customer feedback to leverage growth opportunities
  • Coordinate product managers and business analyst to ensure that KPIs are met while fostering cross-team collaboration
