Director of Product

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Product role in SaaS, preferably in a Series B stage company
• Prior experience as a Software Engineer
• Experience as the primary lead Product Manager for a software product in the 0 to 1 stage, or managing a significant product refresh
• Experience leading user research and design teams

Responsibilities

• Inherit the product roadmap for the Moving vertical and lead its refresh
• Work with the CEO, CTO, design, and engineering teams to ensure a successful product refresh
• Spend significant time with customers, ensuring their feedback is incorporated into the engineering and design process
• Manage engineering and design team priorities based on customer feedback
• Collaborate with the CEO and CTO to establish a product roadmap
• Work with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and scope out integrations with their existing and partner tools
• Collaborate with engineering and customers on API designs for smooth workflow adoption
• Participate in sales and customer success calls to advise prospects and existing customers
• Take on line manager responsibilities for the design team

Preferred Qualifications

• Product strategy experience
• Experience working with AI, data science, or machine learning teams
