Requirements
- At least 10 years of product management experience, with a proven track record in operational or process-oriented environments such as logistics, supply chain, or physical goods operations
- Experience leading teams and driving product vision in a collaborative environment
- Strong understanding of mobile-first, product-led experiences and their application to handheld devices and field operations
- Demonstrated success in working with engineering and operations teams to deliver impactful solutions
- Familiarity with leveraging technology for operational improvements, including AI and machine learning applications
- Exceptional ability to manage and prioritize across a wide-ranging user base and operational needs
- Strong product mindset with the ability to develop and articulate a clear vision that aligns with business objectives
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap focused on enhancing operational excellence and streamlining physical goods operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to implement product solutions that improve efficiency and user experience
- Drive innovation through technology, such as leveraging large language models (LLMs) for faster expense entry and AI-powered tools for vehicle check-in and damage assessment based on images
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, empowering them to execute on strategic goals while fostering collaboration and innovation
- Engage with a diverse user base, including dispatchers, tow operators, yard attendants, branch managers, and agents, to understand their needs and challenges
- Continuously identify and address weaknesses in current processes, ensuring product improvements drive measurable outcomes and maintain the organizationโs lead in the market
- Build and evolve the product function, driving team and organizational transformation to align with strategic vision
