Summary

Requirements

  • Excellent university degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or a related field
  • Deep interest in operations management and a startup environment
  • Knowledge of HR processes and systems

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to promote data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Director of Business Development and lead the operations team, including setting goals, providing guidance, and overseeing day-to-day operations
  • Optimize and simplify processes with a focus on sales, finance, customer success, and other key functions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for operational excellence
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain key operational metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting innovation and best practices
