Summary

The job is for a Product Management leader in cyber-security with experience in Security Operations, Automation, and Incident Response. The role involves leading innovation in security automation, engaging potential users and thought leaders, creating a product roadmap, driving product development, and championing the voice of customers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in building software products
• 5+ years of experience in one or more of Detection Engineering, Security Operations, Security Incident Response
• Ability to deeply understand what it means to walk in the shoes of your customers
• Good at communicating at different altitudes – internal engineers, users, CXOs
• Strong sense of ownership. You own and measure the outcomes

Responsibilities

• Seek out and engage potential users and thought leaders in the space, to distill and prioritize unmet needs
• Create a vision and product roadmap to meet those needs, in partnership with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Founders
• Lead the effort across the company to define, develop, launch, and evolve product capabilities
• Champion the voice of customers in all of this
• Drive agreement on the success metrics for the product, and the efforts across the company to meet or beat them
• Help with partnerships across the industry, to jointly address customer needs

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a senior analyst/lead or as a product manager building products in this space such as SIEMs, SOARs, Threat Hunting tools, Threat Intelligence tools. You have used these tools or equivalents, and have first-hand insights on what works well and what does not
