Requirements

  • Marketing leadership experience working in successful B2B and B2B2C companies in the healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge in supporting the Financial Services, Consultancies, or Payers segments
  • Experience in developing a marketing strategy, driving through execution for proven success
  • Experience in utilizing multiple marketing channels, including content creation, search engine optimization, digital marketing strategy, events, and PR to drive outcomes
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead the 'bigger picture' in parallel to acting as a Hands-on leader
  • Provide leadership for team members developing thought leadership, web copy, sales aids, presentations, webinars, speaking engagements, etc
  • Experience in building a marketing plan and allocation of the marketing budget
  • An owner who can influence and lead a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Worked closely with a cross-functional team to shape and enhance our messaging and value definition throughout various marketing and communication channels
  • Became an expert on our products and helped our Product and Sales teams meet their business objectives by developing and launching effective marketing and communications campaigns to drive interest and opportunity
  • Acted as a critical thought leader, bringing new ideas to the team while remaining customer-focused
  • Developed, implemented, and managed the marketing strategy, including content development and campaigns
  • Provided line-of-sight reporting on a regular cadence for Net New Orders (Category Growth), Cycle Time/Avg ACV (Sales & Marketing attributes), Conversion Rate (Sales & Marketing effectiveness), and Forecast to Target (Category-to-Goal)
  • Managed, mentored, and motivated a team of marketers
