Summary

Join Homa, a global mobile game developer and publisher, as a Director of Product to shape the future of hybrid casual RPG games. You will report to the COO and collaborate with designers, producers, and marketing leads. Key responsibilities include owning the product vision and strategy, leading the full product lifecycle, mentoring the product team, translating insights into product decisions, and collaborating across functions. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in mobile RPG product leadership, a proven track record of launching successful titles, and strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements

  • Experience in product leadership roles with hands-on experience in designing, launching, and operating successful mobile games, with a strong focus on IAP-based RPGs
  • Proven track record of launching multiple RPG titles
  • Deep understanding of game design systems, including progression, economy, meta-loops, and social systems
  • Experience managing, mentoring, and scaling high-performing product teams
  • Expertise in building and maintaining roadmaps, setting strategic goals, and aligning teams to execution plans
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills: able to influence executives, inspire teams, and align stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging benchmarks and market trends

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product vision and strategy – Define and articulate a clear vision for our hybrid RPG game, with strong pillars across gameplay, meta, monetization, and long-term engagement
  • Lead the full product lifecycle – From ideation and prototyping to soft launch and live ops, structure the game roadmap with clear success metrics, production phases, and iteration loops
  • Mentor and grow the product team – Manage two Product Managers with an eye toward scaling the team, fostering a high-performance, ownership-driven culture
  • Translate insights into product decisions – Use a mix of market benchmarks, genre analysis, and player data to shape features, tune the game economy, and differentiate our game in a crowded market
  • Collaborate across functions to align execution – Work hand-in-hand with designers, marketers, and analysts to ensure every sprint delivers against the vision, and that team efforts remain tightly focused on user value and business outcomes
