Summary
Join Aledade as a Product Strategy & Operations Leader and support the product team in developing and enabling the product roadmap. You will derive insights from internal and external data, contribute to build vs. buy decisions, and develop stakeholder communications. This role involves collaborating with various teams, including business, analytics, design, and technology. The position offers flexibility in geographic location with remote work options. A Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting or internal strategy are required. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years experience in some combination of strategy consulting, internal strategy or planning
- Experience in Healthcare Industry
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and work with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Highly efficient in managing multiple concurrent diverse tasks and projects
- Thinks beyond their immediate team and contributes to making Aledade holistically better (active engagement in DEI efforts, culture initiatives, facilitating training, leading roundtables, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Understand the Problem Space and early strategic options
- Works with business, analytics, and design teams as well as product leadership to understand key cross-functional operational workflows, perform current state assessments, and identify gaps to address
- Identify early strategic choices with partners within the organization and consider test risks and benefits
- In collaboration with business stakeholders and technology partners, devise strategies to de-risk key workflows
- Identify relevant stakeholders and lead product forums with senior leaders in Product to gain buy-in, align plans, and make trade-off decisions between competing priorities
- Align vision with functional leads and executive leadership to gain buy-in and commitment
- Document strategic tradeoffs and decisions
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, product leads, and executive leadership
- Distill product strategies into actionable concepts, timelines, and projects, taking ownership to maintain continuous alignment with broader business objectives and goals
- Partner with the rest of the Product Strategy & Operations team to Maintain a perspective on broader Product Roadmap and articulate the impact
- Identify high priority product areas that require support and strategic positioning
- Support Product Managers in gathering insights in their product areas
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or other advanced degree(s) in business, health administration and/or public policy, or other relevant fields
- Experience in or exposure to software development / digital product development
- Experience in digital health and/or value based care
- Demonstrated track record of effectively using data and analysis to support and champion a point of view, develop a business strategy, and/or get alignment on decisions across senior-level (VP+) stakeholders
- Ability to make well-informed decisions about strategy, priorities, and roadmap investments and you’ll lead and motivate teams to deliver on the vision you’ve created
