Requirements
- 10+ years in product management or product marketing in SaaS, with significant exposure to product strategy, ideally in CX or CCaaS businesses
- Deep familiarity with CX, CCaaS, or contact center technologies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills —you’re comfortable turning complex ideas into compelling, actionable narratives that resonate to a wide range of audiences
- A strong writing voice and the ability to create strategic content across multiple mediums (decks, whitepapers, 1-pagers, videos, etc.)
- A strategic thinker who also knows how to navigate ambiguity and make decisions with imperfect information and stand by it
- Ability to balance bias for action with the need to take it slow to go fast later
- Experience in both small/startup environments and larger organizations , bringing a high bar of “what great looks like” while thriving in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team
- Intellectually curious and always scanning the horizon for what’s next
- Must be based in the U.S., preferably in the Greater Los Angeles Metro Area
Responsibilities
- Define and refine product strategy for Convoso’s outbound platform, grounded in market trends, customer insights, competitive analysis, and business objectives
- Partner with product leadership to craft a bold, data-informed product vision that guides roadmap investments and rallies the troops behind the vision
- Translate strategy into compelling narratives and crisp content to align stakeholders internally and energize customers, analysts, and prospects externally
- Develop frameworks and tools that help product managers make smarter prioritization decisions and communicate trade-offs
- Develop and prescribe pricing strategy to product management peers and revenue team
- Produce high-quality strategy artifacts : market maps, vision decks, investment theses, competitive battlecards, TAM/SAM/SOM models, and more
- Coach and elevate cross-functional thinking by bringing strategic clarity into quarterly planning and GTM collaboration
- Act as a thought leader both internally and externally, representing Convoso at industry events, analyst briefings, and webinars
- Continuously track market signals— competitive moves, macro shifts, customer behavior changes—to fine-tune our product thesis
