Requirements

• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Experience operating a live game in a production leadership role (Lead level or above)
• Proven track record of successfully and sustainably operating a live game
• Demonstrated passion for coaching and fostering individual growth for team members
• Proven history of building plans to balance scope, resources, and sustainability
• Excellent communication skills
