Liquid Agency is seeking a seasoned Director of Program Management for a remote position. The candidate should have 15+ years of experience leading multi-office and remote teams, with at least 5 years in program or project management at a creative agency. Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, optimizing collaborative workflows, driving continuous improvement, supporting new business initiatives, and ensuring best practices for project approaches.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading multi-office and remote teams to deliver on-time and on-budget multi-disciplinary deliverables
• 5+ years leading a program or project management team at a creative agency
• Proven ability to direct multiple program managers across various offices, accounts, and engagements
• Experience managing projects of $3M or larger and maintaining fiscal responsibility
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and people management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the budget and timely delivery of multi-disciplinary client deliverables, ensuring alignment with Liquid’s standards of quality and efficiency
• Lead and optimize collaborative workflows across various departments
• Drive continuous improvement and fiscal responsibility within the program management team
• Support new business initiatives and ensure the development and management of high-performing talent
• Ensure best practices for project approaches, budget estimates, and job tracking while maintaining established margins
