Director of Provider Marketing

Summary

The job is for a marketing leader to build a provider marketing team at Rula, a mental health care company. The role involves strategy development, execution, and team building. The candidate should have extensive marketing experience, particularly in B2B and digital performance marketing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience
• 4+ years of experience in a leadership people manager role with experience building a team from scratch
• 3+ years of marketing experience in B2B marketing (lead generation, demand generation)
• 3+ years of marketing experience in digital performance marketing (SEM, Job Boards)

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategy to acquire and retain mental health providers
• Build the capabilities needed to execute your strategy
• Ensure providers have a delightful experience from the moment they learn about Rula

Preferred Qualifications

• Self-starter
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
• Experience working at a marketplace business
• Experience at a fast-paced mid-stage startup or growth company
