Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership in the development and implementation of quality control initiatives across all Doxim locations
  • Spearhead improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with established quality and service levels throughout all phases of the processing and production process
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of quality control processes
  • Foster a culture of first-time product quality, productivity improvement, and customer satisfaction
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the quality control function
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of materials and services supplied meets established standards and specifications
  • Lead investigations and resolve quality-related issues and customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary across the business unit
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment of quality control efforts with overall business objectives
