Join Movella as the Director of Sales & Marketing for our Body Sensor Networks (BSN) segment, leading our global commercial team to drive significant growth. This pivotal role requires proven sales and marketing leadership, technical knowledge, and strategic thinking. You will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, manage budgets, and lead a global team. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in B2B high-tech sales and marketing, a strong understanding of emerging technologies, and excellent communication skills. Based in Enschede, Netherlands or Los Angeles, CA, this position involves significant international travel. Requirements

• More than 5 years’ experience and proven success in sales and marketing management in a global B2B high-tech environment
• Proven expertise in hardware, software and complex solutions selling
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Fluency in written and spoken English required; other languages a plus
• Comfort traveling across 3 regions to support the global team

Responsibilities

• Determine, execute, and measure optimal demand generation strategies
• Formulate long-term and short-term marketing strategies in line with Movella’s business goals
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Conduct market research and use this knowledge to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Work closely with product development, engineering and support teams to align marketing strategies with product offerings
• Oversee marketing and sales budgets, ensuring efficient spending and maximizing ROI
• Build, lead and coach the global team in their efforts in personal development and help us grow the business

Preferred Qualifications

Affinity and/or experience with emerging technologies including 3D motion tracking, inertial sensor modules, biomechanics or agile development is considered an advantage
