Requirements
- Have 5-10 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably involving compliance, financial services, or lead generation software
- Have a proven ability to transform a vertical from having an initial customer base to becoming a key growth market for the organization, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding enterprise sales quotas
- Be skilled in managing enterprise sales pipelines, delivering accurate forecasting, and providing detailed reporting
- Have a strong ability to articulate and communicate the value proposition of complex enterprise SaaS technology to diverse stakeholders, while exhibiting strong leadership skills with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Demonstrate flexibility in dynamic work environments and take initiative in addressing technical challenges by seeking out solutions independently
- Consistently set and maintain high performance standards, thrive as a team player capable of building excellent working relationships, and recognize the unique contributions of each team member
- Work effectively and patiently in fast-paced, rapidly growing team environments, demonstrating a willingness to go beyond the job description to support the teamβs success
- Be self-motivated with a resourceful, entrepreneurial mindset and a relentless can-do attitude
- Be willing to travel up to 25% of the time
Responsibilities
- Own all new customer development activities and quota achievement for your area
- Be responsible for cross-selling to your book of business
- Be responsible for defining and executing various sales strategies for your prospects
- Constantly network and talk to prospects - lead buyers, lead sellers, and service providers to improve your understanding of the landscape
- Follow industry trade publications that are applicable to the various verticals you will be servicing
- Track the various industry trade shows and select the appropriate events for the company that you will attend
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts in the industry
- Know who our customers are and maintain relationships with them
- Provide partner recommendations to customers and potential customers
- Work closely with the client success team members ensuring all new customers are properly on-boarded and retained
- Be an ambassador for the company, our technology and the thought leadership that we are creating in the industry
