Summary
Join Galaxy Digital as a Lead Sales Executive and contribute to the growth of our innovative self-custody technology, GK8. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals end-to-end. This role requires extensive experience in fintech sales, specifically within the blockchain and cybersecurity sectors. You will need to be a self-starter, comfortable working independently, and possess excellent communication skills. Requirements
- At least 5-7 years of proven experience as a lead sales executive working for a technology company in the fintech sector, with a strong focus on driving revenue and managing key client relationships
- A maverick β able to operate alone in a territory with remote support
- Excellent written & oral communication in English
- Go-getter and doer β do not wait to be fed, pro-active
- Capable of performing in an agile and flexible startup environment
- Knowledge and experience in Blockchain technology
Responsibilities
- Pipeline generation, qualification, enrichment, and execution
- High activity level for prospecting (including calls, messaging across multiple platforms, and meetings)
- Gathering prospect requirements and tailoring product positioning and demonstrations to fit needs
- Develop, execute, and implement channel and partner strategy & programs with an emphasis on incremental revenue generation
- Handling deals end to end (commercials, negotiation, procurement)
- Identifying key customersβ feedback/requirements and reporting back to Product and Marketing
- Represent at conferences, attend meetups, and contribute to overall brand and awareness
- Working with local channel partners to facilitate deals
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience in the Blockchain and Cybersecurity space
- Other languages are a plus
- Tech-savvy, self-driven
