Summary

Join Skimmer, a rapidly growing, private equity-backed company modernizing the pool and spa service industry, as a Sales Manager. You will oversee both the outbound BDR and AE teams, initially as a frontline leader transitioning to a second-line role as the team expands. This is a high-impact role with a short sales cycle, focusing on coaching and improving sales performance. Requirements

  • Be a systems geek that is funnel and data-obsessed
  • Love implementing new processes and AB testing
  • Excel in an SMB environment as a seller and manager
  • Have a strong pool of reps that would follow you anywhere you go and have amazing references from previous companies (both upwards and downwards)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee both the outbound BDR team and the AE team
  • Start as frontline leader and move to second line as the team builds out
  • Craft and coach great salesmanship
  • Increase ACV
  • Reduce sales cycle time
  • Increase close rates
  • Coach reps
  • Talk to customers
