Summary
Join Unite Us as a Senior Strategic Sales Director and drive growth in enterprise business across multiple states (IL, OH, MN, IA, MI, IN, NE). You will manage Payer lines of business, build executive relationships, maintain sales pipelines, and exceed sales quotas. This remote, US-based role requires extensive experience in enterprise sales, particularly within the SaaS and healthcare sectors. A strong understanding of CMS requirements and the ability to work with government agencies is crucial. Requirements
- At least 8 years of enterprise sales or relevant leadership experience
- Experience making formal presentations to the executive leadership of large enterprise corporations
- Expertise selling SaaS solutions directly to Health Plans (Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial) and ability to be the company’s subject matter expert
- An understanding of CMS requirements, and the ability to work with local government agencies (State Medicaid) to influence requirements and deliver complex programs (1115 waivers)
- The ability to maintain a deep understanding of the sales pipeline, trends, and potential risk
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Desire to build and own your book of business
- Team spirit - you’re able to promote a positive culture and work well cross-functionally in a setting that includes sales support & operations, marketing, and product
- Comfortability using and discussing technologies and an aptitude for learning
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Responsibilities
- Manage and work across all Payer lines of business, focusing on enterprise opportunities
- Build new relationships with executives, government leadership, and key decision-makers within assigned accounts
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast through Unite Us CRM tools
- Effectively communicate the vision and value of Unite Us technology to prospects and clients
- Consistently meet or exceed the predetermined quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Identify, visit, and influence decision-makers of prospective customers
- Upsell and cross-sell within the existing client base
- Participate in sales training
