You'll lead a high-performing team of consultative sellers, craft and execute a winning sales strategy, and inspire, coach, and develop a world-class sales team.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in programmatic media strategies, with a comprehensive understanding of agency/brand media buying processes and the ever-evolving programmatic landscape (Minimun of 10 years)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas within the Enterprise segment
  • Demonstrated leadership excellence, with a proven ability to build, train, and mentor high-performing sales and account management teams

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Account Directors and Account Executives across EMEA
  • Architect and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the specific needs of Enterprise agencies and brands
  • Partner with key stakeholders across leadership, product, operations, marketing, and finance to craft a dynamic Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Enterprise dominance
  • Champion StackAdapt alongside your Account Executive team, helping lead client discussions and showcasing the power and value of our platform
  • Leverage sophisticated sales enablement tools to glean actionable insights, optimise team performance, and drive continuous improvement
  • Foster a spirit of collaboration across all functions, actively providing feedback and insights to improve processes and propel company-wide success
