Requirements

  • Actively licensed, masterโ€™s level mental health clinician (ex. LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC etc)
  • Significant experience with employee benefit programs/health plans/benefits consulting
  • Deep subject matter expertise in Mental Health and EAP programs
  • Deep subject matter expertise in MHPAEA, ERISA, and other relevant healthcare regulations/requirements
  • Excitement about working in a rapidly changing organization
  • Ability to create and deliver โ€œclient readyโ€ content with minimal direction
  • Excellent communication/collaboration skills
  • Excellent presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage a personal book of business of clients and prospects in developing and implementing custom mental health strategies throughout the entire sales cycle and through implementation
  • Support ongoing Spring Health clinical program improvements/refinement from strategy, to ideation, to development and implementation
  • Represent Spring in market-facing events such as seminars, conferences, trainings, webinars, and media appearances
