Requirements

  • B2B SaaS Expertise: Proven success in scaling sales teams in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with experience selling solutions at $500+/month
  • Strong background in selling MarTech solutions is highly preferred, with a deep understanding of the digital marketing/advertising industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sales cycles with SMB and mid-market customers, focusing on value-based sales
  • Experience with the digital marketing landscape, particularly search engine marketing (SEM), is a plus
  • Managed a high-performing sales team of 5+ individuals, with hands-on experience developing highly effective sales talent
  • Proven ability to drive performance, meet sales targets, and motivate remote teams through effective coaching and leadership
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking key sales metrics, analyzing data, and adjusting strategies accordingly
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a Sales Manager or Director of Sales role, with a demonstrated track record of success within B2B SaaS

Responsibilities

  • Refine and execute our existing sales strategy to achieve revenue goals, ensuring it remains a scalable, repeatable process that evolves with market demands
  • Continually iterate sales playbooks and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets, providing clear direction and support
  • Foster a results-driven culture, aligning team efforts with company goals
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to ensure the teamโ€™s growth and success
  • Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to align sales efforts with lead generation, product development, and customer retention strategies
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure sales initiatives support the companyโ€™s long-term objectives
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts through value-based selling
  • Manage the sales pipeline with accurate forecasting, ensuring visibility into opportunities and performance
