Summary
Join Celonis, a global leader in Process Mining technology, as a Sales Leader for our Communications, Automotive, and Logistics team in North America. You will hire, manage, and develop a sales team, exceeding annual sales targets, and expanding our customer base. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience building C-level relationships, and managing complex sales cycles. You will leverage your expertise in driving direct sales and working with partners. Requirements
- Strong leadership skills or ability to quickly develop into a leadership role
- Experience of creating and nurturing relationships at C-Level, ideally a strong network to leverage
- Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Have proven experience working with Partners, i.e. Consulting firms and Enterprise Tech
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Ability to adapt to a fast moving, ever changing, high growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset
- Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, to embrace diversity and to have strong interpersonal skills
- Enjoy working autonomously, managing your own time and priorities to achieve objectives
- Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team
Responsibilities
- Hire, manage and develop strong sales talent, drive individual AE success and foster a great team spirit
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory with great control and forecast accuracy
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the assigned segment/industry
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and partner relationships for strong executive alignment and proactive account management
- Support team to partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives to drive incremental revenue growth
- Effectively communicate the Celonis industry-specific value proposition through proposals and presentations and enable the team to do the same with high quality and deep domain knowledge
