Reporting to the VP of Global Sales, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract finalization. Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in life sciences or healthcare technology, with a successful track record
- Demonstrated experience in selling data or software solutions to senior clinical operations and C-level executives within top 40 or mid-market pharmaceutical companies
- Proven ability to manage large deals ($300kβ$10M), from identification to closure
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving with minimal supervision
- A consultative approach to sales, with a deep commitment to understanding and solving client business problems
- Strong understanding of drug development processes and the commercial challenges facing the life sciences industry
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer success
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets by creating and executing effective sales strategies within your assigned territory and/or accounts
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close, including delivering compelling value propositions, conducting technology demonstrations, negotiating business terms, and finalizing contracts
- Cultivate and grow relationships with clients at all levels, including senior clinical operations leaders and C-suite executives of top pharmaceutical companies
- Act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding customer needs and aligning Inatoβs solutions to their strategic goals
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as customer success, marketing and product to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional client outcomes
- Contribute to maintaining and enhancing a best-in-class company culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and shared success
- Navigate complex solution sales cycles, leveraging internal and external resources to address client needs effectively
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to sales leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making
