Summary
Join Hazel Health, a leading virtual provider of school-based healthcare, as their Director of Sales Enablement & Operations. This remote leadership role involves developing and executing strategies to optimize sales performance, enhance training, and ensure seamless operations. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or revenue strategy, preferably in healthcare, education, or SaaS
- Proven track record of driving sales productivity and operational excellence in a high-growth environment
- Expertise in CRM (Salesforce), sales enablement platforms, and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership and change management skills, with experience leading teams and driving cross-functional alignment
- Exceptional analytical, strategic, and communication skills
- Passion for Hazel Healthโs mission to expand healthcare access for students
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy, equipping sales teams with the tools, content, and training needed to drive revenue growth
- Design and deliver sales onboarding and ongoing training programs to improve product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and messaging consistency
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure sales materials and messaging align with Hazel Healthโs mission and value proposition
- Establish best practices for consultative selling, account-based selling, and competitive positioning
- Optimize sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting to drive efficiency and scalability
- Define and manage key sales performance metrics, dashboards, and analytics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Partner with revenue leadership to develop sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and territory planning strategies
- Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to align goals and streamline operations
- Lead the evaluation, implementation, and management of sales technologies, including CRM (Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance sales productivity and customer engagement
- Establish a structured approach to lead management, ensuring seamless handoffs between marketing, sales, and implementation teams
- Lead and mentor a team of sales enablement and operations professionals, fostering a high-performance culture
- Serve as a strategic advisor to sales leadership, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales execution
- Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and initiatives
Benefits
- Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $160,000 - $190,000
