Summary
Join BeyondTrust as the Director of Sales Operations Public Sector and ensure our Public Sector Sales Teams achieve ambitious goals. You will set and monitor critical metrics, optimize sales processes, provide support to Sales Leadership, and foster a culture of excellence. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Channel Teams. You will work closely with regional sales leaders to design and execute strategic growth plans, utilize data to optimize the customer lifecycle, and develop forecasting models. The position requires strong analytical skills, experience with sales automation tools, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of analysts. Requirements
- 5+ yearsβ experience in a similar role
- Deep expertise in sales automation, CRM, Planning & Forecasting
- Advanced skills in Excel, Gong, Salesforce, and Powerpoint
- Proficient data visualization skills (PowerBI or similar platforms)
- Ability to work independently as well as with teams across the business
- Ability to interpret data, not just present it
- Self-motivated, takes clear ownership and initiative, and knows when to seek guidance
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, capacity to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Work in close partnership with region sales leader to design and execute strategic plans to drive growth
- Collaborate with Sales and GTM leadership on the most critical process, resource, and tooling needs
- Use data to unearth and optimize all aspects of our customer lifecycle from lead generation through retention and renewal
- Own Go-to-Market reporting, sharing critical conversion, attainment, and ROI metrics relevant for SaaS companies to guide strategic decision-making and drive accountability
- Develop and maintain forecasting models, providing insights to executive leadership on sales, pipeline generation, and churn
- Set rules of engagement across the Sales team with clear responsibilities and opportunity ownership
- Work closely with the Sales Compensations Team on the Design and Implementation of compensation structures that align with our Sales Objectives
- Develop, Manage, and mentor a team of analysts
