Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position managing teams of 5+ people
- Demonstrated success in scaling revenue processes and driving operational efficiencies in high-growth companies
- Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools, with a deep understanding of sales tech stacks
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, forecasting, and process improvement
- Deep understanding of sales cycles, pipeline management, and revenue drivers in B2B SaaS or fintech environments
- Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex data and insights to executive stakeholders
- A hands-on operator who thrives in fast-moving environments and can build processes from the ground up
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales operations team, driving efficiency and alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Develop and execute strategies to streamline revenue operations, optimize the sales cycle, and reduce friction in the customer journey
- Analyze revenue performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools to improve workflow automation and sales productivity
- Establish and maintain accurate forecasting models, sales performance dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track revenue growth
- Build scalable processes for territory planning, pipeline management, and quota setting to maximize sales efficiency
- Partner closely with leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on revenue goals, strategies, and execution
- Lead quarterly and annual business reviews, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize revenue performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue opportunities
